What to Expect

The Great Carmel Caper is one of the most unique and exciting team-building activities along the Central Coast. Your adventure begins when your host(s) greets you and handles sign-in.  They will ensure every participant knows their team, has their app downloaded, and is ready to play!

When everyone is ready to begin, there is a brief orientation to go over the rules and how to win (or lose) points. Most of the game consists of a series of creative challenges and location-based clues that you discover through the scavenger hunt app. Once the starting bell sounds, the teams set off on their adventures! The players track down clues and complete challenges along the way.

During the scavenger hunt, team members can see the other players’ photos and videos in a live feed on the app. They can also check out the leaderboard to feel motivated for the competition. At the end of the game, entries are closed, the teams are scored, and a winner is declared. We are happy to customize the tour to suit your needs, and we can even set up prepurchased wine, snacks, and prizes (additional charge) for your group.
